a. Eligibility:
To use our shuttle services, you must be at least 18 years old or have written parental/guardian consent on-file if you are under 18. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
b. Service Use:
You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Booking and Payment
a. Booking:
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. All bookings are subject to availability.
b. Payment:
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for your use of our services. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms.
c. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time frame may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
4. Customer Conduct
a. Behavior:
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the driver and staff. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of your ride without a refund.
b. Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited on our shuttles: illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by Downtown Dasher LLC. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone carrying prohibited items.
C. Safety Precautions
Carts will not operate unless all passengers are wearing a seatbelt. No seat sharing, extra passengers, etc will be allowed.
5. Liability Waiver and Limitation of Liability
a. Assumption of Risk:
By using our shuttle services, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with transportation, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of our services.
b. Waiver of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive and release Downtown Dasher LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of our services, including, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by the negligence of Downtown Dasher LLC or otherwise.
